Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and protective materials must be included
- A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged product
- An incorrect item received
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. After inspection, we will notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed according to our refund policy. If rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide relevant details, including photos if applicable.
